Kinzua Internet Service is a local Internet Service Provider, with reliable, affordable Internet service to customers in Warren, Pa area.

Kinzua Internet Service office is located at 110 Market St. in Warren, Pa.

By dialing in and using the the Internet service provided by Kinzua.net you are agreeing to the each of the following terms and conditions:

Billing, Termination, Re-connection, Cancellation, Refunds and Payments:

Your subscription is billed on the 1^st of every month and is due on by the 15^th of each month.

Kinzua Internet Service reserves the right to suspend access to your account for non-payment if your payment is not received within 5 days after your payment due date. There will be a $5 fee charged for reactivation. Customer e-mail, web site and username will be suspended until the account is paid. If you want to cancel your account you must do so in person or in writing on or before the date you wish to cancel. Telephone cancellations are not accepted because we cannot verify your identity.

Subscription plans are nonrefundable.

Unacceptable Practices resulting in Immediate suspension:
Using your Kinzua Internet Service account to harass, threaten or interfere with any other user on our system or any other system or the transmission or storage of material, information or software in violation of any local, state or federal law.

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Kinzua Internet system or any other Internet service through that connection.

Attempting to store, transmit, or obtain child pornographic material of any kind. This is a violation of Federal Law and will not be tolerated in any form.

Kinzua Internet Service reserves the right to log traffic as required by law, scan email and files for virus and other damage-causing attachments and remove them.
